Chris Charlton
Founder & Group CEO
Meet our founder
Chris Charlton is a highly experienced board advisor and transformation leader with over 25 years in consulting, programme delivery, and M&A. He has held senior roles in major businesses in a range of sectors as well as at consulting firms such as PwC, Cap Gemini, and other boutique companies, and was also formerly UK CEO of a global consultancy.
With a master’s in management from Cambridge University, Chris has led many high-impact transformation and integration projects across industries including financial services, FMCG, technology, pharma, healthcare, telecoms, gaming, industrials & engineering, logistics and aviation. He has also been published by the Financial Times on subjects including M&A, business strategy, programme delivery and managing complex change. He regularly writes Insight Articles for Namaste Management.
